Die positiven und negativen elektrostatischen Wechselwirkungen sind die wichtigsten Kräfte der Vesikelbildung.ġ. Durch Variation des Mischungsverhältnisses zwischen kationischen und anionischen Tensiden konnten wir feststellen, dass die gebildeten Vesikel stabil sind und dass die Komplexe mit Tensiden, die eine hydrophobe C 14-Kette besitzen, stärkere Trübung verursachen als die Komplexe, an denen Tenside mit einer hydrophoben C 12-Kette beteiligt sind. Das Aggregationsverhalten des katanionischen Systems wurde belegt mittels visueller Beobachtung, der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit, der dynamischen Lichtstreuung (DLS), des Zetapotentials (ζ) und der Transmissionselektronenmikroskopie (TEM). Die spontane Bildung von Vesikeln in wässrigen katanionischen Mischungen, bestehend aus sechs doppelkettigen kationischen Tensiden (2,3-bis-(alkylcarbamoyloxy)-N,N-dimethyl-N-(2-hydroxyalkyl)propylchloride (C nPAC, mit n = 12, 14) und den drei konventionellen anionischen Tensiden Natriumdodecylbenzensulfonat (SDBS), Natriumdodecylsulfat (SDS) und Natriumdodecylsulfonat (SAS), wurde untersucht.
